Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in solving complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have a balanced expertise in AI model development and business intelligence (BI). This role requires a forward-thinking individual capable of turning vast amounts of data into actionable insights, while leveraging LLMs to enhance business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven AI solutions that maximize business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLM-based models and services to solve business problems, ensuring high performance and scalability
- Utilize business intelligence tools and methodologies to uncover key insights from complex datasets, supporting data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into AI solutions, providing BI insights that drive strategic decisions
- Conduct data acquisition, cleaning, and exploratory analysis to support AI and BI objectives, ensuring the highest data quality
- Present complex AI and BI concepts to clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Monitor the performance of AI and BI solutions, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with business goals through continuous iteration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and develop new features that improve operational efficiency
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative, growth-focused environment
- Stay current with advancements in LLM research, data science, and BI technologies to ensure our solutions remain state-of-the-art
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related fields
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI and data science, with a focus on LLM-based applications and business intelligence
- Proven experience in building and fine-tuning LLMs for real-world applications and in extracting business insights from large datasets
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in transforming business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and transformer architectures
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses, relational databases, and API frameworks
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to various audiences
- Self-driven and proactive, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
