Summary
This position will be specializing in providing services in enhancing guest experiences. His/Her job scope will be including the following:

  • Guest Services:
  • Provide personalized assistance to guests, including arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and booking entertainment or leisure activities.
  • Offer recommendations on local attractions, shopping, dining, and cultural events.
  • Luggage & Arrival/Departure Assistance:
  • Manage luggage handling, storage, and delivery for guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Coordinate valet parking and porter services as needed.
  • Transportation & Travel Coordination:
  • Arrange taxis, car rentals, or private transfers for guests.
  • Assist with flight/train schedules, ticketing, and itinerary planning.
  • Communication & Liaison:
  • Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, front desk).
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Concierge Desk Operations:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, VIP protocols, and hotel services.
  • Manage mail, parcels, and message deliveries for guests.
  • VIP & Special Services:
  • Provide tailored services for VIP guests, including exclusive experiences or last-minute arrangements.
  • Assist with event planning (e.g., weddings, meetings) upon request.
  • Safety & Compliance:
  • Ensure all services comply with hotel policies and safety standards.
  • Report suspicious activities or security concerns to management.

And other guest experience related tasks assigned by the team.

Qualifications
Qualifications

  • Education: already obtained a bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality/related field, or currently studying such programme.
  • Language Skills: fluent in English and Mandarin is mandatory, Korean or other languages is considered a plus.
  • Experience: relevant internship & work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage
  • Skills: strong communication & interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness, customer-oriented
  • Personal Attribute: friendly, passionate about hospitality, high adaptability & resilience, and curious about global hospitality trends
