We are looking for a Head of ICT and Innovation for an international school based in Wuxi, Jiangsu province. This is a full-time position starting from the February 2026 academic year.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of local and international ICT and Innovation teachers across the whole school
- Coordinate with staff on co-curricular and house programs to support ICT integration
- Oversee curriculum design, implementation, and regular review
- Drive innovation and policy development through curriculum discussions and planning
- Ensure high-quality teaching through coordination of schemes of work and subject handbooks
- Participate in hiring, reviewing, and appraising departmental staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Strong understanding of curriculum planning and assessment
- Experience teaching EAL learners across Grades 1-12
- Comfortable working in a bilingual/multicultural environment
