- Participate in development of a Sales and Marketing strategy to identify, secure and grow new B2B accounts which meet Company objectives
- Prepare and execute action plans to generate lead data, qualify prospects and identify/ quantify tangible opportunities
- Build and maintain an extensive network of leads at all levels
- Use CRM to record and report activities and to demonstrate pipeline development in accordance with agreed targets
- Undertake initial lead contact to introduce the Company and emphasize appropriate capabilities and attributes
- Undertake Sales visits to Chemigraphic site
- Co-develop winning proposals which provide compelling sourcing solutions
- Generate understanding of prospects key drivers and requirements in order of identify target-specific entry point and development strategy
- Drive marketing initiatives, via traditional and digital means Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in direct Sales or Business Development Role within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment
- Prefer dynamic "hunter" serving Corporate and SME OEM clients but candidate with sales and marketing experience in other electronics or related technologies may apply
- Experience of selling into Medical, Aerospace, Rail Transport, Cyber Security or Industrial Process Controls sectors would be a distinct advantage
- Preference given to candidates with an extensive network of EMS/OEM/Supplier contacts across several industrial sectors and with a deep understanding of CEM/OEM dynamics
- Understanding of electronics construction, technologies and process a given
- Strong electronics technical background (Electronics Engineering/Manufacture/Test etc.) preferred
- Experienced with CRM software (Salesforce ideal) and highly computer literate
- A driven self-starter with a proven record of consistent Sales generation
- Possessing business acumen and being commercially astute
- Excellent presentation and written skills
