Job Description
主要工作职责
- 负责半导体制造量产阶段的生产计划制定、执行与监控,保障生产流程高效运转,及时协调解决生产中的异常问题。
- 基于工业工程理念,优化生产资源配置(人力、设备、物料),提升生产效率与产能利用率,降低生产成本。
- 参与智能制造相关项目推进,对接生产数据系统,通过数据分析挖掘生产改进空间,助力生产流程数字化、智能化升级。
- 与工程部,计划部,质量部等跨部门团队紧密协作,同步生产需求与供应链信息,确保量产产品交付周期与质量达标。
Qualifications
- 学历与专业:本科及以上学历,工业工程、智能制造、机械工程、电子信息等相关专业优先。
- 专业能力:
- 具备半导体制造行业生产管控(MPC)相关经验,熟悉半导体量产流程者优先;
- 掌握工业工程基础理论与方法(如流程优化、精益生产等),了解智能制造技术(如MES系统、生产自动化)应用逻辑;
- 具备扎实的IT基础,熟练使用SQL进行数据查询与分析,掌握Python/Java等至少一种编程语言者优先。
- 语言能力:
- 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力,能作为工作语言与全球同事流畅沟通(如召开英文会议,撰写英文报告,同步英文工作邮件),确保跨区域协作高效顺畅。
- 掌握工业工程基础理论与方法(如流程优化、精益生产等),了解智能制造技术(如MES系统、生产自动化)应用逻辑;
- 综合素质:
- 对半导体制造行业充满热情,具备较强的责任心与抗压能力;
- 拥有优秀的团队协作能力,善于跨部门沟通协调,能高效推动问题解决;
- 具备良好的逻辑思维与数据分析能力,能从生产数据中发现问题并提出改进方案。
