- Support and improve painting shop (kaizen, quality system…)
- Be responsible for the industrialization of new product ( define design with R&D team, define tools and process, select tool suppliers and manage them)
- Be responsible for manufacturing process of paint lines
- Check and accept equipment from vendors.
- Implement engineering changes and manage the introduction of new parts.
- Cooperate with maintenance team and vendors to improve the tooling, fixtures
- Train the supervisor, team leader, operators on paint process and skill to assure defect free process, and product troubleshooting to improve yield.
- Any other reasonable duties required by IE manager. Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related major, 3~5 years experiences in processes of painting.
- Manufacturing engineering, experience in running and maintaining a manufacturing cell in a production environment.
- Good PC and basic English language skill, software (Pro/E, Excel and Access).
- Good presentation and communication skills.
