How You'll Make An Impact

  • You will collaborate with regional sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals, support sales on Global processes such as MIMO, Go-To-Sales / Global Target Setting (GTS) etc., support market assessments to understand regional dynamics and adjust strategies to effectively capture market opportunities.
  • You will monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis, prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • You will identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement improvements, standardize workflows and ensure compliance with company policies, monitor and support the successful adoption/implementation of sales tools such as Sales Force (SFDC) Power Shop etc., monitor the accuracy of information in Sales/Quotation tools and identify and address discrepancies in data to maintain quality standards.
  • You will support onboarding and training of sales staff, provide tools, resources, and best practices to enhance productivity, and coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution.
  • You will analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity, provide actionable insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational role or business development & market intelligence, or a related field, with at least 5 years experience with GTS / MIMO / DOE within a regional context.
  • Understanding the BU Service, the business, industry and products, market and infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and BI platforms.
  • Experience working in a regional or multi-market environment, driving change into the global and local organizations, processes and applications standardization.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities in English, primarily.
  • Hard work ahead and Change Management within the new Leading Operating Model.
  • Virtual Leadership role and Dealing with demand-supply complexity across the LSU, Balancing different priorities within the LSU.
  • Provide valuable service to the sales community and working across different cultures & countries, being very dynamic working environment.
