As a University Recruitment Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle hiring and sourcing initiatives to attract top early-career talent. You will cultivate strong relationships with campus partners, implement inclusive outreach strategies, advise hiring managers, and ensure seamless candidate experience; all while achieving key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Consultation and Engagement:
  • Lead regular cadence calls and debrief meetings with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by providing realistic timelines and proactive updates.
  • Oversee offer recommendations in alignment with the Danaher Global Career Rewards Framework and market standards.
  • Provide insights into early-career hiring trends, talent availability, and best practices for university and school recruitment.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development and Management:
  • Execute University Recruitment plans that effectively address early-career talent needs across the business.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using platforms and tools such as Handshake, student groups, Yello, and Workday.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with career services and faculty to enhance attraction strategies.
  • Represent the company at university career fairs and trade school recruitment events.
  • Train and support internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution at university recruitment events, serving as a subject matter expert on the best early-career practices to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Leverage market intelligence to understand the early-career talent landscape; collaborate with Regional Talent Acquisition Directors for strategic consultation and positioning.
  • Drive early-career talent strategies aligned with business needs by developing OpCo-specific knowledge of business operations and talent needs.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Clearly communicate the recruitment process, Danaher's culture, and role expectations to candidates.
  • Provide timely, constructive, and qualitative feedback throughout the candidate journey.
  • Consistently apply Standard Work (SW) practices to ensure exceptional candidate care.
  • Engage candidates transparently during the offer process, providing clear and honest information.
