- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements (both customer and internally driven changes).
- Organize and lead Program Launch Team (PLT), Program Review/Gate Review Meetings, and consistent/frequent communication with all functional departments.
- Responsible to ensure that assigned programs are launched On-Time, On-Budget, and at or Better than original business case objectives.
- Ensure that all program phases and production launch meet / exceed customer expectations (both internal and external customers).
- Common voice throughout the life of program having as much interaction with the customer, supplier, and internal function as possible.
- Manage all aspects of assigned program by effectively applying our methodology via Master Timing Schedule (MTS), Program Alert Bulletins, Program Action Register, etc.
- Lead the cost development team (Sales, Product Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, Facilities, Production Facility, Human Resources, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely responses to Cost Request Inquiries.
- Work with entity Finance and Operations Managers to assure proper business case assumptions when developing cost basis for projects.
- Develop and manage the Program Appropriation, track all spending against the appropriation, prepare sourcing summary to budget / project countdown documents, and review cost book detail to ensure accuracy.
- Minimize our exposure to risk and proactively communicate issues thereby driving team to make optimal decisions and develop / execute recovery plans as necessary.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
学历要求、工作经验要求 Bachelor's degree, with a major in Mechanical or similar
- Minimum two(2) to five(5) years of experience within technical environment
- Minimum one (1) to three (3) years' experience of Program leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Three years or above (Automotive / Manufacturing Industry experience preferred)
- Computer skills of MS Office Business Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Basic understanding of Financial Management models and documents
- Fluent English ability
- Being proficient in knowledge of Management and leadership, logical thinking and problem solving skills, customer focus, strategic and planning skills, budgeting and controlling skills, communication and presentation, team work, business ethics, customer relationship management..
- Have basic knowledge of ITF16949, and safety, sales and marketing in Automotive industry, rubber, plastics, metal applications, DFMEA/PFMEA reliability engineering and testing engineering
