工作职责:

  • Lead/develop/manage technology team including process engineer, IE and tool design;

领导、发展、管理工程技术部门团队,包括工艺、IE以及工装夹具等

  • Capex management

投资管理

  • Lead process design and development for new projects;

领导新项目的工艺设计以及优化

  • Coordinate with R&D and customer to finish all samples, PPV and OTS approval till SOP

协调研发和客户端配合完成所有样件提交并获得客户认可,包括PPV、OTS等样件直至正式量产

  • Capacity planning and machine investment,

产能规划以及设备投资计划

  • Responsible for process review, flow chart, control plan, pFMEA, WI;

负责工艺过程监控,流程图,控制计划,PFMEA,作业指导书等文件的制定及更新;

  • Responsible for tool design/manufacturing/optimization

负责管理工装设计、制造、优化及日常管理;

  • Process and technology change management and approval;

负责工艺、技术变更管理以及审批;

  • Problem solving for process issues and quality issues;

负责解决生产过程中相关的工艺问题以及质量问题;

  • Continues improvement for production cost

制造成本的持续优化,改善

  • Comply with the company's OSH policies, compliance policies, etc

遵守公司合规政策及EHS政策

  • Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职条件:

  • University degree or above on mechanical engineering or material science;

大学本科及以上学历,机械工程、材料科学等相关专业

  • At lease 10 years working experience in automotive engineering field. 3 years' technology or engineering management role in automotive Industry;

10年及以上汽车零部件行业工程技术工作经验,3年管理岗位经验

  • Heat treatment, painting and metal cold/hot forming experience is a plus

有热处理、喷涂、金属冷/热成型经验者优先

  • Coiling Spring and Stabilizer experience is a plus

有弹簧稳定杆制造经验者优先

  • Strong project management, communication skills and persuasiveness in presenting, discussing and resolving difficult issues, both orally and in writing Initiative;

优秀的项目管理能力,良好的沟通能力,说服他人,积极主动

  • Good understanding of P-FMEA

熟悉P-FMEA

  • 3D&2D drawing software, such as SolidWorks, UG, AutoCAD

阅读图纸能力,会使用3D&2D画图软件者优先

  • Team work spirit, Communication skills, clear thinking;

有团队合作精神,解决问题能力,思路清晰

  • Fluent in English, writing and oral.

英语书面以及口语能力,可以作为工作语言
