: Depending on global business needs, successful candidates will be assigned to SANY's overseas business divisions (Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, Americas, etc.) in senior management roles.
Program Purpose
This program aims to identify and develop high-potential international senior managers as future leaders of SANY's overseas business. Selected candidates will undergo an immersive initial phase at SANY's Global Headquarters in Guangzhou, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's operational models and management practices. This will prepare them for future leadership positions such as General Manager or Country Director overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams to execute business strategies, drive market share and profitability, and be accountable for business outcomes.
- Establish and optimize localized operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Represent SANY Group in maintaining strategic relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Lead and empower multicultural teams to build a high-performance organization.
Qualifications
- Education
: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or related Master's degree is preferred. - Experience
: Minimum of 8 years' experience in mid-to-senior management roles within large multinational corporations or industry leaders. Proven track record in at least one of the following: finance, sales, operations, or overall management. - Strong expertise in enterprise operations, process optimization, team leadership, or P&L management.
- International work or project experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in
English
is required; proficiency in
Chinese
is a strong advantage. - Strong global perspective, adaptability in cross-cultural environments, and demonstrated leadership skills.
