Responsibilities:
Support production department from daily work, include:HSE, Quality & Productivity
Learning professional management tools including 5S, OpEx by serial training, and use these tools to improve and optimize workshop
Coordinate with other departments to support production improvements.(Quality problem solving, TPM, cost saving...)
Learn production process and production equipment of Voith Paper Operations by rotation in different dept.
Learn and master the products and process of Voith Paper FRS System
Learning Voith quality standard and put the standard into practice to improve yield rate
Reserve of talents for engineer or supervisor directions
Requirements:
Bachelor or above at chemical-engineering, Organic/Inorganic material background
Both oral and written in English
Good communication skill
Basic office skills
