- Guide a cross functional team from engineering phase to final series production, while safe guiding the project scope, timing and budget, manage all risks and issues in a structured way.
- Responsible for working out the project plan together with all team members and following up all the activities to ensure the time plan as expected.
- In charge of BOM set up and maintenance in ERP.
- Responsible to follow company processes as well as giving improvement suggestions as part of continuous improvements.
- Build up internal working relationships with other functions in order to facilitate smooth product introductions.
- Build up technical knowledge of our products to facilitate making correct decisions to ensure projects keep on track. 能力要求:
- Mechanical background.
- More than 3 years' project management experience in mechanical field.
- Have the experience of using ERP system.
- Must be proficient in using office software (especially for Microsoft Excel).
- Strong ability of analysis, problem-solving, management and coordination.
- Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
- PMP certification is a plus.
