In charge of product quality verification and validation in NPI process.
Responsible for product release with right quality in fully compliance with all internal & external technical & quality requirements and regulations in targeted launch countries.
Raise and successfully manage Supplier quality claims in SAP
Monitor supplier quality performance and establish specific short / long term supplier quality goals
Maintain / improve incoming inspection plans and regularly conduct audits of TPP / FG.
Drive root cause analysis and solution execution for supplier quality issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply and customer satisfaction
Conduct supplier audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the supplier's Quality Management System and their ability to consistently supply products as per product specifications and customer requirements.
Conduct / participate in cross-functional team exercises that drive quality into products, such as Advanced Quality Planning FMEA, and Kaizen events
Analyse data and prepare reports related to the department's KPIs
Drive "Zero Defect" mentality within the supply base Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar required 2.

5+ years experience in related lighting manufacturing experience is essential

Familiar with lighting luminaire quality norm and testing criteria in APAC & EU countries.
Experience in product development quality management and skill in product validation and verification for both indoor and outdoor luminaire.
Demonstrated experience in reducing reject rates and improving long-term Supplier performance
Experience working with International Suppliers (ie. Asia, Europe)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desirable
Strong communication and leadership skills
Commercial awareness and strong customer focus
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Good knowledge of SAP
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Continuous Improvement practices
Proficient in using MS Office
