- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations, e.g., defining of the interfaces with the other components, designing the data format, data storage, selecting the appropriate IPC mechanism, ensuring the backend components working well with the on-vehicle components and 3rd-party supplier's systems.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues in Entertainment Advisor backend systems, such as model inference bottlenecks, data pipeline failures, or microservice communication errors—utilizing logging (ELK Stack), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), and tracing tools (Jaeger) to diagnose root causes and implement long-term fixes.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Entertainment Advisor backend systems—such as inference latency, throughput, error rates, and resource utilization—and proactively optimize workflows to meet or exceed these benchmarks (e.g., optimizing batch processing for model training data, implementing auto-scaling for peak inference traffic). 职位要求:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Deep understanding of NLU/NLP, AI/ML concepts and experience working with machine learning frameworks.
- Expertise in database technologies, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), as well as data warehousing solutions.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, IPC mechanisms (e.g., MQTT) and API design to build modular and maintainable backend solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, ZUUL, Ansible, Git, SonarQube) and agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and strong communication skills in written and in verbal to collaborate with cross-functional teams, both in Chinese and in English.
- Experience in Android development is a plus.
