该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: 1. Lead/support critical internal or external quality issue solving 2. Plan and organize regular layer process audit to address gaps with requirements from system,product and process 3. With data analysis, lead continuous improvement initiatives to decrease NCC and improve quality performance 4. Continuously create, maintain and optimize the inspection plan to set up proper quality controls in production. 5. Work closely with production, engineering, R&D, and other quality sections to manage and evaluate the process changes 6. Coaching and developing PQE team on quality standards, tools, and best practices 7. Other job/projects assigned by manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 2. at least 10 years of working experience and more than 3 years in a manager role
- Manufacturing process quality and new product introduction experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001, TS16949 or VDA6.3
- Knowledge of quality methodology and tools e.g.8D, APQP/PPQP, MSA,5why…ect. 6
- Good project management skills (resource planning; timing planning, cost planning)
- Experience in the high precision machining industry
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. 9. 6Sigma BB is preferred
- Process and product audit skill
