About The Position
We are looking for a technical artist with solid foundation of Computer Graphic, Unreal Engine usage, and good with DCC tools like 3ds max and Maya to support our artist with day-to-day work. You will be part of a versatile and experienced tech-art team, working with the latest technology. You will working closely with our clients and develop solutions helping art teams from both sides to work more efficiently with next gen engines and consoles. You are not afraid to learn new things and have an active interest in expanding your horizon to understand the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

  • Support artists in their day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting, problem solving.
  • Develop DCC and in-engine tools to support artists.
  • Research and development of any new trends or tools to enhance the art pipeline
  • Writing documentation about art processes.
  • Teach artist best practices for art creation.
  • Work with programmers, artists and technical artists
  • Work with different commercial Game Engines like Unreal, Unity etc.
  • Work with different DCC apps like Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop etc.
  • 支持艺术家完成日常任务,包括故障排除和问题解决。
  • 开发 DCC 和引擎内的工具来支持艺术家的工作。
  • 研究和发展任何新的趋势或工具,以增强艺术流程。

Qualifications

  • Ability, interest and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • English language skills are required.
  • Understanding of games production is plus.

Really Catch Our Eye With

  • Experience in Unreal Engine 5's latest features like Nanite, Lumen, etc. Is a plus.
  • Experience in game industry and has developed some really cool stuff.
  • Experience working with consoles, such as PS5, XSX, NS or newer.
  • Scripting experience, e.g., Python, MEL, Max Script.
  • Programming experience, e.g., C++, C#.
  • Shading Languages experience, e.g., HLSL, GLSL, etc.
