该职位来源于猎聘 Your opportunity As the Regional IT Manager, you will be responsible for heading the IT roadmap and operations within Kering Beauté and its brands. You will work with business and group IT to ensure the seamless implementation and operation of technology solutions that support business growth, enhance customer experience, and maintain operational excellence across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and corporate offices. How you will contribute Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the country's IT roadmap in alignment with global and regional objectives
  • Oversee IT infrastructure including network, retail POS systems, ERP, CRM, and digital platforms to ensure stability, security, and performance
  • Lead IT support for retail stores & corporate offices ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Partner with Kering Technology and Kering Beauté IT to deliver outcomes for business with a target to have mutualised IT systems and networks worldwide
  • Manage regional IT projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technology needs and be the conduit of information between regional business and global IT team
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards
  • Partner with vendors and service providers to optimize IT solutions and ensure cost efficiency
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning
  • Prepare regional IT budget and control costs in line with budget

  • Software integrators What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7, years of experience in IT management, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or retail industry
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP, POS systems, and digital technologies
  • Experience managing IT teams, vendors, and projects
  • Knowledge of regional data protection and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Fluency in English
