As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, supporting HR processes and employee engagement programs. You will serve as a key liaison between the local team and regional functions. You will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, ensuring compliance with HR policies, driving process improvements, and enhancing the overall employee experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HR transactions, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements;
- Partner with HR and business function across regions, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders;
- Optimize employee lifecycle processes by driving continuous process improvements and HR system enhancements;
- Support regional and global initiatives focused on improving HR operational efficiency and employee experience;
- Support systems used across the region and internal HR platforms.
- Maintain HRIS and any HR systems/tools data hygiene and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage all daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional workplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR or relevant functions with leadership exposures
- Solid knowledge of HR practices in China, Good understanding of labour/compliance laws, cultural nuances
- Comfortable with data maintenance, reporting and creation of slides.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving with Local and Regional stakeholders
- Highly organized with excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with a high degree of ownership.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels and regions.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
