- Responsible for system definition, development, and delivery of steering system technical solutions, supporting steering calibration and software release, and resolving vehicle development issues. 负责转向系统技术方案选型,开发和评审等交付工作,转向调校支持,转向软件释放等。解决车辆开发过程中的问题。
- Fully accountable for the quality, cost, delivery, and timing (QCDT) of the steering system. Lead supplier development, manage component development progress, and control risks. 全面负责转向系统的质量、成本、交付和时间(QCDT)。领导供应商开发,管理零部件开发进度和风险控制。
- Evaluate suppliers' capabilities. Work with cross function team for nomination. Coordinate sample submission. Track testing progress and approval reports. 评估供应商能力,跨部门协作来确定供应商,协调样件提交、测试进度跟踪及报告编制。
- Develop and integrate EPS systems and related software. Ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards. 负责电控系统及相关软件的开发与集成,确保其符合项目要求和质量标准。
- Analyze and follow up testing issues. Support vehicle level issue solves in each phase during development. Resolve product quality and process issues. 分析和跟踪整改试制试验问题,支持各阶段生产线装车,解决产品质量和工艺问题 Qualifications requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive.
学历要求:机械工程或车辆工程等相关专业,本科及以上。
- Working years: 3~5 years of steering EPS system development experience. in global projects preferred 工作年限: 3~5年转向EPS系统开发工作经验,最好有跨国工作经验
- Excellent capabilities in communication and teamwork
