Responsibilities:
Channel Planning: Deeply understand the distribution of overseas channels,complete channel layouts, and establish a mature overseas channel development system.
Channel Strategy: - Formulate overseas channel expansion strategies based on the company's overall strategy and the characteristics of overseas markets, clarifying channel positioning and development directions. - Establish annual plans for the amount of channel, distribution, and scale of channel , as well as policy-side and process-side planning.
Channel Management: - Establish comprehensive channel management systems and processes, formulate entry and rating standards, cooperation models, terms for channels to ensure standardized and efficient channel operations. - Conduct regular evaluations to improve channel efficiency and sales performance.
Channel Risk Management: - Identify and manage potential risks in overseas market channel expansion, including market risks, cooperation risks, and legal risks. - Formulate risk response strategies to ensure the steady development of the company's overseas market business.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English as a working language, with excellent English writing skills.
Over 5 years of experience in marketing management, including management of frontline dealers and channels within automotive OEMs.
Familiarity with operational procedures of automotive sales.
Have strong abilities in planning,decision-making, analysis, judgment, coordination, management, and public relations skills.
Proficiency in Russian, Arabic, or Spanish is preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently overseas.
