- HR Business Partner: Act as the local HRBP to manage daily HR and administrative operations, providing full-spectrum HR support to management and employees. 作为人力资源业务伙伴,负责日常人事及行政管理,为管理层和员工提供全面人力资源支持。
- Strategy Execution: Implement global and regional HR strategies locally, ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies, standards, and culture. 执行全球与区域人力资源战略,确保符合集团人力资源政策、标准与文化。
- Local Compliance & Policy: Develop, update, and enforce local HR policies in line with Chinese labor laws and PALFINGER group requirements. 制定、更新并执行符合中国劳动法规及帕尔菲格集团要求的人力资源政策。
- Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention programs to secure a skilled and motivated workforce. 主导招聘、入职、员工发展与保留项目,确保公司拥有高素质且积极的员工队伍。
- Compensation & Performance: Manage salary and benefits schemes, performance management, and incentive programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness. 管理薪酬福利体系、绩效考核及激励机制,确保公平及具市场竞争力。
- Employee Relations: Promote effective two-way communication and positive employee relations; handle disputes and disciplinary issues appropriately. 推动良好的双向沟通与员工关系管理;妥善处理劳动纠纷与纪律问题。
- Training & Development: Develop annual training plans and drive leadership and skill enhancement activities. 制定年度培训计划,推动领导力及技能发展活动。
- Admin & Cost Control: Oversee company administrative functions (logistics, facilities, security, canteen, accommodation), manage departmental budgets, and ensure cost control. 监督公司行政事务(后勤、安保、宿舍、食堂等),制定部门年度预算并严格控制成本。
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor HR KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead change initiatives for organizational efficiency. 监控人力资源关键绩效指标,识别改进机会,推动持续改进项目以提升组织效能。 Job Qualifications 职位所需资格
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong team leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Ability to translate business goals into actionable HR and administrative programs.

- Deep knowledge in talent acquisition, C&B management, labor law, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
熟悉招聘、薪酬管理、劳动法、绩效评估与员工关系。
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
具备熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力。
- Familiar with Chinese labor laws and related compliance frameworks.
熟悉中国劳动法规及相关合规体系。
- Minimum 12 years' experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or JV environment; experience in multinational company is an advantage. 至少12年人力资源管理工作经验,具备制造业或合资企业背景者优先;有跨国公司经验者佳。
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 本科及以上学历, 人力资源或工商管理等相关专业优先。
- HR professional certification preferred (e.g., CHRP or equivalent). 拥有人力资源相关资格证书者优先(如CHRP等)。
