  • Job Responsibilities Support the merchandising team in executing day-to-day operations, including assisting in product sourcing, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination, to ensure smooth product delivery and meet departmental targets under the guidance of senior staff. 1) Assist in Sourcing & Sample Management: Coordinate with suppliers to gather product samples and specifications; track sample progress and ensure compliance with design requirements.
  • Inventory & Order Administration: Maintain updated records of inventory levels, assist in preparing purchase orders, and monitor order fulfillment to avoid stock shortages. 3) Data Entry & Reporting: Support data collection on sales performance, market trends, and supplier metrics; assist in generating weekly/monthly reports for senior merchandisers. 4) Cross-Functional Support: Liaise with design, production, and quality control teams to relay information on product updates, delivery schedules, and quality issues.
  • Job Requirement 1) Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field. 2) Basic knowledge of apparel materials, production processes, and quality standards. Familiarity with merchandising software (e.g., Excel, SAP/ERP systems for inventory management years of experience in apparel merchandising or relevant internships; fresh graduates with fashion-related internships are preferred. 4) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks. Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination. Basic analytical skills to support data entry and report generation.
