Work you'll do
1、客户需求解析
对于金融机构需求能够开展独立解析,提供定制化咨询方案并提出定制化方案
2、模型策略开发
独立并高质量完成项目经理分发任务,包括但不限于数据准备、清洗加工;模型搭建;业务及系统需求等维度;同时协助项目经理完成项目管理的日常工作。
3、行业研究与创新
能够跟踪宏观经济政策、行业趋势及金融科技等领域,具有独到见解和研究能力
4、产品开发
能够协助产品经理开展产品研发及运营工作等工作,包括但不限于:模型研发、系统需求设计、数据需求设计、行业或企业案例分析、数据运营体系设计、产品运营体系设计等

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
- 会计、财务管理、金融工程、统计、数据科学、商业分析、计算机等专业优先
- 熟练掌握财会知识,具有财务模型建设经验,审计财务咨询背景者优先;
- 精通Excel,具有编程基础,能够熟练使用Python和SQL,熟练运用Wind、同花顺等数据库;
- 具备量化建模和数据分析能力,具有相关领域项目实践经验
- 具有较强的领导力和问题解决能力,能够基于项目目标制定并落实小组工作计划,具有牵头负责3人以上或多方团队配合的项目经验者优先
- 沟通能力强,工作态度认真,具有强烈的团队合作意识
- 在工作中敢于思考与尝试,对产品研发或咨询行业有较为浓厚的兴趣。
