工作职责:

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Overall coordination and execution of administrative tasks for training projects.
  • Be responsible for our digital training system, continuously identify and implement innovative, cost-effective digital learning solutions
  • Lead the construction of new online courses, working with a cross-disciplinary team of internal trainers and external vendors
  • Maintain & Manage accurate training record
  • Analyze course enrollments and completion rates and implement strategies to increase both and monitor for learners progress and utilization

任职条件:

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training, education or instructional design
  • 3+ years' experience working in learning and development, background or familiarity with life science industry preferred
  • Proven experience on project management
  • Experience in training administration, learning management systems and digital learning formats
  • Excellent communicator and organizer
  • Ability to competently and accurately work with databases, spreadsheets and software packages
