- Extensive experience in analyze product/system requirements and define the appropriate analog, digital or mixed-system hardware system architecture.
- Experience with review thermal management, heatsink design, thermal test plan creation and execution.
- Experience with successful initiation, high level planning, monitoring, managing project to meet the new program development requirement from customer. Personality

- Hands-on experience in prototype design, bring-up, debugging, functional verification and validations
- Hands on lab equipment experiences including oscilloscopes, DMM's, power supplies, e-loads, etc. Main Job Description
- Be responsible for circuit or sub-system design, including architecture, early derivation / simulation analysis, component selection, schematic capture, PCB placement, layout, bring-up, and validation
- Interact with design teams of customer frequently; work closely with other oversea team as well;
- Interact with our vendors' EE teams, driving them to a high level of quality;
- To evaluate design from a customer perspective, testing installation, functionality, tolerance analysis.
- To evaluate technical documents such as: test report, test plan, parameters description.
