该职位来源于猎聘 YOUR ROLE As a Sales Transformation Ass Manager, you will be a leader on the sales domain from processes to application. They are interacting with the agency network (Agency Management, QPM, KU, SEM) and HO BEM team for ongoing process improvement and identification of data quality projects. They act as SKU for projects. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO In this role, you will be expected to perform professionally by dedicating to below responsibilities:
- Project Management - project mode:
- Trainer for Key Users: Deliver training programs for China and Hong Kong-based key users to ensure proficiency in tools and processes.
- End-User Training Coordination: Orchestrate cascading training sessions via key users, providing pre-training resources and real-time support during sessions.
- Process Definition Support: Contribute to process refinement by providing feedback and challenging initial assumptions.
- UAT Preparation & Participation: Develop use cases and test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and actively participate in validation efforts.
- Project Progress Monitoring: Stay informed about project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Agency Communication & Change Management: Lead communication campaigns and change adoption strategies targeted at agency partners.
- Project Management – run mode:
- Drive/Maintain Adoption of Tools & Processes: Identify operational gaps, develop actionable plans, and collaborate with regional stakeholders to enhance process compliance.
- Manage Key User Community: Organize regular check-ins and collaborative sessions to disseminate updates on system changes, feature releases, performance benchmarks, and data integrity initiatives.
- New User Onboarding: Lead communication campaigns, coordinate training programs, and facilitate role provisioning via EUP to ensure seamless integration of new Key Users.
- Regional Support Hub: Serve as the primary escalation point for QPMs, Key Users, and Sales Enablement Managers on tool utilization and process optimization.
- Continuous Improvement Loop: Aggregate feedback for system enhancements, advocate for priority upgrades, and communicate rollout timelines to impact teams.
- Knowledge Sharing Ecosystem: Curate best practices from high-performing regions and facilitate cross-functional knowledge transfer through documented guidelines and interactive sessions.
- Commercial Systems KPI Performance Expert:
- As the 1st level whistleblower, this position oversees and supervises the KPIs of entire Chinese commercial team on global systems, assists management in understanding the overall pictures of the KPIs, helps the SDs quickly identify the areas to improve, and initiates first round warnings. For example, NOVA BUSINESS, AQUA CONTRACT.
- NOVA BUSINESS Technical Expert (BDA):
- Ensure the availability of the NOVA BUSINESS platform in China, guarantees the effectiveness of all functions, and timeliness of user profile and data, taking into both account both user needs and the development of the platform.
- BEM(Business Excellence Manager) in global team:
- Participate the regular discussion with BEM network on the global projects and take lead on some projects in China if any, also provide suggestions in early stage, voicing the stance of China.
- Process enhancement expert:
- Participates and take lead in some of the improvement plans and process optimization within China commercial, devoting oneself to promoting the commercial transformation locally WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Shipping/Logistics related
- At least 5 years of experience in the sales domain within the Shipping Industry.
- Business process oriented, possess business process/system implement experience is preferred.
- Technology friendly and fully comfortable with understanding of business applications.
- Fluent English speaker. Fluent in the language of the region is a plus.
- You are influential and have good interpersonal skills and experience in managing people, which will enable you to succeed in your position.
- Experience in training delivery is required.
- PMP is preferred
