About the Role
This role leads the design and execution of diversified financing solutions to support global project development. It builds and manages relationships with banks, leasing firms, and financial institutions, oversees cross-border financing operations, and develops tailored financial products to optimize funding costs and mitigate risks for overseas projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with banks, leasing companies, and asset management institutions.
- Design diversified financing solutions (such as equipment financing, asset securitization, and cross-border financing); optimize financing costs and ensure a stable funding chain.
- Liaise with international financial institutions to manage cross-border financing projects; be familiar with international financing policies (e.g., USD bonds, offshore financial instruments), mitigate exchange rate risks, and support financing needs of overseas project companies (such as those in Kazakhstan and Indonesia).
- Design customized financial leasing products, analyze market demand, optimize product structures, and enhance competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
- Familiar with domestic and international financing instruments as well as international financial regulatory frameworks.
- Over 10 years of experience in financing channel development, with hands-on experience in both domestic financial institutions and cross-border financing projects.
- Fluent in English, capable of independently conducting international negotiations and drafting English contracts; willing and able to undertake frequent cross-border business travel.
