Industry Best-Practice and Innovation
Systematically benchmark industry-leading marketing access and growth models across product life cycles and distribution channels.
- Convert external successes into internal innovation pilots, accelerating new-model scale-up.
CSO Partner Assessment & Process Leadership
Design and roll out CSO evaluation standards and mechanisms.
- Lead CSO bidding processes, driving cross-functional teams' collaboration and engagement.
- Oversee CSO project bidding and contract renewals.
Strategic Partnership Project Management
Integrated external market & channel intelligence to seek growth opportunities, providing insights and recommendation.
- Driving and initiating strategic project launch in multi-channel leveraging key-partner ecosystems.
- Track and assess investment opportunity of strategic and non-strategic portfolios, including non-self-promotion CSO products evaluation.
Strategic Decision Support
Leverage partnership & distributors to maximize opportunities of market access, channel penetration for new launches.
- Engage and contribute to company core strategic projects.
- Participate in executive decision, supplying high-impact support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in pharmacy, marketing, or related field, MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in pharma consulting company or related commercial and CSO management, deep knowledge of Chinese pharma policies and market dynamics.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Expert in PowerPoint, data analysis and strategic capability.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) for direct headquarters interaction.
