Role Purpose:
- Provide structured, concise and accurate advice, and the overall management of project
- As Director/Team Leader for East China PDS Team
Responsibilities:
- Productivity & Finance
- Manage project team to meet their financial reporting objectives and line management duties, i.e. client docket/file creation, project pipeline, project costs, expenses, invoices, billing etc.
- Efficient use of resources (i.e. travel, stationary costs, etc)

- Act as focal point of contact and ensure efficient liaison between clients and appointed staff on site.
- Provide professional support for clients' business needs and objectives combined with commercial awareness

Qualifications:
- Honours degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, M&E Engineering
- Professional Body registration – RICS, China 建筑师, Certified Building Engineer.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Over 15 years solid grounding to a high standard in building consultancy skills – e.g. building surveys, statutory submission, space planning, project development, design audit, contractual advice, maintenance management.
- Demonstrable Project Management experience.
- Broad-based building surveying experience acquired in the commercial sector.
- Experience of servicing major state-owned and corporate clients.
- Broad spectrum of outside interests – well developed contacts and life outside the business.
Skills & Personal Qualities:
- Business planning and understanding of P&L principles.
- Business development, selling, negotiating and account management skills.
