Job Description
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with large manufacturing and technology enterprises in South China.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding on how our solutions address client pain points.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy in the region.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or above with minimum 8 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, tax, legal, or compliance-related solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing and technology sectors in South China.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
