Major Tasks & Responsibilities
- Well support production with timely and reliable sample analysis of raw materials, in-process products and finished products in shift working time according to approved sampling schedules, analytical methods and SOPs.
Closely monitor the trend of testing result, in case of abnormity, report to supervisor for follow up
- Perform special tests in assist and advice of lab Specialists.
- Prepare lab internal solvents, implement lab instrument internal calibration/verification and ensure the result of test sample in sample manager is updated and accurate.
- Maintain proper condition of related equipment and inform supervisor when found any abnormal situation.
- Continuously maintain proper condition of working area with good housekeeping practices.
- Ensure all responsible equipment, operation area conform to appropriate health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate to (deputy) lab shift supervisors and lab specialists for troubleshooting during shift work.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor, eg. lab document work.

Qualifications
- Colleague graduate plus 2 years working experience in analytical, chemical or petrochemical laboratory, or technical school (academic) in chemistry, petrochemical or related fields with at least 3 years experience in analytical, chemical or petrochemical laboratory.
- Must have knowledge of basic chemistry, quality control and ordinary lab equipment.
- Must have the knowledge of English reading.
- Good computer application skill (MS Office, LIMS experience).
- Good teamwork consciousness.
- Good communication skill with different people.
- Strong initiative and willing to learn
