Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead offline marketing activities (including industry exhibitions, thematic seminars, and customer receptions) based on product launch strategies, positioning, and promotion plans. Ability to design precise event themes and formats aligned with objectives and customer needs, effectively supporting regional customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and sales conversion.
- Manage end-to-end overseas event execution, including preliminary planning, booth design, liaison with suppliers and partners, budget control, on-site implementation, and post-event analysis to ensure achievement of set goals.
- Oversee the localization of offline marketing materials to ensure content and presentation align with the cultural habits and customer preferences of different target markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency. Candidates with overseas study or long-term international exchange experience are preferred.
- 3–5 years of event planning experience, with preference for those experienced in independently managing large overseas exhibitions (e.g., Mobile World Congress, CES) or high-level government receptions.
- B2B marketing experience preferred, especially in industries such as construction, real estate technology (PropTech), or related fields.
- Proficiency in using AI and data analysis tools to enhance event planning, content generation, and post-event optimization efficiency.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with design, copywriting, and video teams to translate strategies into high-quality materials.
Work Location:
Based in Shenzhen, with business trips to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
