Job Description

Drive the daily resolution of production issues, including analysis and troubleshooting of common incidents.
Coordinate day-to-day communications with stakeholders, including clients as well as internal BAs, developers, and QA team members.
Ensure all production issues are addressed and resolved within agreed SLAs.

Strong English communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both clients and internal teams.
Excellent learning ability and adaptability to new environments; capable of handling issues with flexibility.
Bachelor"s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
1-2 years of development experience (Java experience is a plus).
Good understanding of databases.
Candidates without development experience will also be considered if they have BA or QA working experience.
