Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Implementation
Take charge of regional channel management
Work closely with BU about driving regional business result aligned with company goals to ensure compliance and business growth
Commercial Policy/Dealers Evaluation
In charge of distributor business policy formulation, annual policy plan adjustment and updates
Cooperate with business units to design business policy for new product release
Complete distributor's business achievement rate evaluation on annually and quarterly basis
Dealer Training
Build and improve dealer training system
Organize regularly distributor training, including basic compliance training, incentive training, and risk knowledge training, etc.
Dealer Audit/ Qualification Review
- Responsible for organizing distributor audits; handle independent survey of new distributors' qualifications which including basic information of the company such as product lines, enterprise scale, proportion of domestic customers and foreign manufacturers, proportion of direct sales and distribution models, and business status such as number and proportion of direct supply hospitals, rebate situation
Provincial Bidding and Centralized Procurement
- Responsible for provincial bidding and centralized procurement online declaration management, including policy collection and collation, report and submit required information online, provide materials upon requests, etc.
Cost Management
Responsible for the management and control of channel management expenses
Understand and analyze business and financial data (such as sales trends, return on investment, plan and achievement, sales volume and ratio variance analysis)
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organization skills
Strong Marketing knowledge and Finance Acumen
Good interpersonal skill with both internal and external stakeholders
Solid leadership foundation
Strong persuasiveness and influence skills required
Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures
Have strong ability of developing new accounts, as well as distributor development and management, knowing well about how to identify and utilize external resources for business needs
Know well about how to collect marketing information and make analysis
Able to handle direct staffing, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and career development planning
EDUCATION
- Bachelor or above of Medical Science
EXPERIENCE
Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years sales experience and team management experience. Experience in managing through building effective teams and managing organizational challenges
Medical background/sales experience, breast surgery knowledge desirable
Business-to-business experience highly desire
Proven experience managing KOL/government relations.
