Job Objective
Responsible for strategizing, planning and managing a concise and effective customer segmentation model, portfolio actions for client engagement and marketing activities at the appropriate platforms & channels that will align with the overall group's strategy for China.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize key initiatives to drive customer acquisition in line with business goals
  • Digital expertise on marketing and campaign/event by leverage on resourceful partners for biz driven
  • Develop value proposition and implement key strategies for customer segments (affluent)
  • Improve collaboration with other business units to leverage synergies on key areas of customer acquisition and value proposition enhancement
  • Enhance customer value proposition in accordance to the Wealth Continuum framework
  • Conceptualize, develop and implement partnership programs to augment wealth value proposition and positioning vis-à-vis competitors
  • Establish platforms and channels for driving cross-pollination of ideas, business models and activities
  • Analyze portfolio data and formulate strategies across customer segments to promote product penetration and customer loyalty
  • Support strategic projects including Digital Banking amongst others (regional connectivity)

Job Dimensions

  • Assist on cross border new initiative/project and acquisition strategy to support onshore customer growth and referral business momentum
  • Support customer privilege development under the framework of cross border strategy
  • Support one bank and regional treasures daily operation and reporting that align with cross border KPI
  • Develop and optimize cross border business process, including operation model, streamlining account opening process, process control, etc
  • Collaborate with various teams to facilitate communication between frontline and back-office teams, as well as coordinate with teams across different markets
  • Develop a clear customer value proposition to achieve growth in client base and competitive market position, in terms of quality, branding, market share and profitability
  • Accelerate customer growth via comprehensive acquisition activities
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver shared goals
  • Embed and accelerate digitization of customer journeys and experiences
  • IBG/other BU and cross-market working experience is a plus point

Education And Relevant Experience

  • Strategic planner and project management ability to implement key themes and initiatives
  • Excellent customer segmentation; digital marketing and partnership establishment experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication both in EN and CN
  • Strong Microsoft office and presentation skill set
  • Strong analytical skills to drive portfolio actions and profitability
  • Ability to embrace digital and be customer centric
  • Strong risk and control awareness
  • Quick learner and Problem solving skill
