作为一名IT应用工程师,日常为公司的企业服务和商业应用提供用户支持。应用系统包括人力资源信息系统(HRIS)、学习管理系统(LMS)、共享服务管理系统以及客户关系管理系统(CRM)等。与业务负责人合作,管理主数据和用户
访问权限。根据用户需求,自行或与应用程序服务供应商一起进行定制化开发。 As an IT application engineer to support users for Corp Services and Commercial applications in a daily basis. Applications include HRIS, LMS, Shared Service Management System, CRM etc. Work with business owners to manage master data and user access. Based on the user's requirement to conduct customization by himself/herself or along with application service vendor.
工作职责(Responsibilities)
- 负责Corp Services & Commercial 用户的需求支持和培训。 Responsible for Corp Services & Commercial user support and training. 2. 负责同用户做日常沟通和交流了解其需求。 Responsible for Corp Services & Commercial user communications to know the users' new requirement 3. 管理Corp Services & Commercial用户和权限维护。 Responsible for Corp Services & Commercial system user maintenance 4. 负责Corp Services & Commercial后台参数的设置与管理。
Responsible for Corp Services & Commercial backend configuration and management 5. 负责Corp Services & Commercial的各种用途的统计报告设计和分析。 Responsible for Corp Services & Commercial usage/statistic report and analysis 6. 负责Corp Services & Commercial系统的***实践开发和扩展。 Responsible for Corp Services & Commercial Best Practices development and deployment. 7. 对日常输入Corp Services & Commercial系统的数据做分类和维护, 确保输入数据的及时性和有效性。 Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of information input and classification of Corp Services & Commercial system, and ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of the data 8. 处理部门领导交办的其他事宜。 Complete other tasks assigned by department head on time. 任职资格(Qualification) : 1. 本科及以上学历,英语熟练。 Bachelor degree or above with fluent English. 2. 懂计算机相关知识,熟练JAVA或Python和数据库开发。 Have a basic knowledge of computer systems, good at JAVA or Python and SQL development. 3. 5年及以上相关工作经验, 有制药或医疗器械行业经验优先考虑 Above 5 years related IT work experience, pharmaceutical and medical devices industry experience will be preferrable 4. 熟悉任何一种LMS,HRIS,CRM系统,SuccessFactors, Workday, Salesforce和对等的国内主流系统 Familiar with any kind of PDM or PLM system, Agile system and Hexagon EtQ will be perfect. 5. 能运用熟练Power BI 做相应数据分析或发布 Analysis data or Creating Interactive Dashboards or using Power BI. 6. 具备良好的团队协作能力和沟通协调能力。 With good teamwork capability and communication & coordination.
