- SE for new project, secure design for manufacturing
- Process development and release following procedure with solid validation evidence
- Technical breakthrough and know how handover to production
- Line release for 0-S, S-CIP for mass production
- New tech introduction and innovation from process perspective
- Good communication and exchange with rubber global network Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor or above in chemical/ rubber engineering (or equivalent)
- More than 5 years working experience in rubber process area
- Rubber specialist know-how, process development procedures, DoE and data statistic; Project management skill
- Excellent English skills
