Ensure the development of new products on-time, on-budget and on-quality, own overall project responsibility. Responsibilities: Managing project organisation and projects at our factory & US team or EU team. Follow up and manage the established projects results. Initiate and develop proposal/solution for potential business. Co-operate closely with cross function team both USA or EU and CN such as: Sourcing team, Marketing team, Quality team, Engineering, Procurement . Lead project reviews of progress vs plan to ensure project objectives are met, identify and minimize risks, problem solving, and escalate any issues promptly to senior management. Have an understanding of solution creation based project business, as well as an ability to make things happen in a fast changing environment. Responsible for the continuous improvement of product development procedures. Manage all control document, process document and procedure to ensure proper project tracking. Position Requirements Bachelor´s degree Engineering/Management/Marketing or equivalent qualification. Proven track record in project management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with people across at all levels of the organization. Strong business sense including cost, negotiation, supplier management capability. Logical thinking and demonstrated competencies on handling multiple task. Travel is required mainly in South China and occasionally to all over the country; Good written and spoken English.
