Job Profile Summary
Provides sales solutions and services in the lead business across multiple countries or Local Sales Organizations (LSOs).

Roles & Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports a proper implementation and communication of the sales processes (e.g., lead to opportunities, quotations conversion process, demand side forecasting process) in their assigned area.
  • Supports the deployment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the assigned area and monitors and strives to maintain high levels of performance, quality, accuracy, and consistency in sales processes.
  • Assists the Sales teams in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Responsible for the sales tool deployment and acts as a representative of lead business/LSO for all tools-related topics in the assigned area.
  • Supports the implementation of enabling technologies (e.g., mobility, e-business) in local Sales units.
  • Supports the development and use of opportunity tracking tools and gathers the business requirements from the Sales team to enhance the sales processes and improve market intelligence.
  • Acts as a key player in the Business Reference teams by suggesting improvements in the sales tools based on their own evaluation to achieve simplification and increase users' acceptance.
  • Ensures proper communication and updates on issues related to tools development and new functionalities.
  • Supports division-specific sales process documentation, guidelines, and updates.
  • Responsible for the deployment and distribution of common sales reports and market intelligence data essential to the Sales community in the assigned area.
  • Recommends revisions to existing reports and assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Acts as a business analyst for Sales organization leader(s) by assisting them with monthly insights and focus areas to improve sales performance.

COLLABORATION / LEADERSHIP

  • Collaborates with various teams to support the deployment of the sales training and functional competency programs in the assigned area.
  • Develops a robust network across local Sales units to foster a long-term structured, sustainable process mindset, and behavioral change.
