- Responsible for wiring harness starting from SBWE phase until EOP in BBA R&D.
- Wiring harness Process chain responsible onsite.
- Representative of SE-team Leader in China, be onsite and transfer information both ways.
- Steer PMP process to solve wiring harness problem efficiently.
- Leading local harness team and coordinate wiring harness work with colleagues and suppliers in China and Germany in the fields of development, production, quality assurance, purchasing and controlling.
- Leading and joining meetings, e.g. local harness meeting, SE team meeting, change management meeting...
- Leading release check before each build phase
- Attend vehicle builds together with PI, QMT & supplier in order to get an immediate harness problem allocation/root cause analysis
- Leading change management, e.g. introduce technical changes (gAMS and TC) to plants in change meeting, support to clarify the NRCL unclear information, leading the working process for together change, change summarization upon build phases.
- Other contingent tasks and projects assigned by BBA line manager. Requirements: -Bachelor above degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related other majors / qualifications. -Automotive HV battery concepts and technology. -Functional understanding for hybrid functions and electric vehicles. -Mechanical design and FEM calculation skills as well as operation of related CAE tools
(e.g. CATIA V5). -Understanding of production data manage process as well as operation of related PDM tools (e.g. Teamcenter). -Profound understanding of mechanical design, geometric integration and release processes. -Very good communication skills, team and customer orientation. -Analytic and working method, also during work under pressure, creativity and hands-on attitude. -Target oriented, pro-active, self-responsible and reliable working attitude. -Work experience of at least 3 years as equipment planner in automotive or R&D sector.
- Experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting, especially for HV Batteries.
- Chinese driving license (mandatory).
- English professional level, in written and spoken fluently (mandatory). -Hands-on mentality and task solving orientated behavior.
