Summary
- To assist in the implementation of the hotel's Events Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue departments;
- To ensures that the Events activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate;
- To ensure that the room and banquet space inventories are reviewed weekly and that strategies are formulated to fill low occupancy periods;
- To make sure that other Sales associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of "We work through Teams";
- To work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Qualifications
- More than 1 year DOE work experience
- Familiar with Hainan market
- Fluent in English
