  • Manage, organize recruitment activities according to business requirements and recruitment plan
  • Drive or support campus recruitment and employer branding activities
  • Provide professional recruitment consultation and suggestion to departments
  • Make or support HR recruitment reports according to recruitment KPI
  • Maintain HR professionalism and comply with HR policy in recruitment process
  • Ensure high quality materials (pictures, banners, content) in alignment with global employer branding campaign to be used for employer branding Experience and Qualifications
  • Excellent in English skill in both reading, writing and speaking
  • Proficient of PowerPoint and software application
  • 3-5 years working experience in HR, and 2 years recruitment experience is must.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in HR/Management or other related subjects is preferred
  • Highly developed passive recruiting skills, strong project management skills
