- Manage, organize recruitment activities according to business requirements and recruitment plan
- Drive or support campus recruitment and employer branding activities
- Provide professional recruitment consultation and suggestion to departments
- Make or support HR recruitment reports according to recruitment KPI
- Maintain HR professionalism and comply with HR policy in recruitment process
- Ensure high quality materials (pictures, banners, content) in alignment with global employer branding campaign to be used for employer branding Experience and Qualifications
- Excellent in English skill in both reading, writing and speaking
- Proficient of PowerPoint and software application
- 3-5 years working experience in HR, and 2 years recruitment experience is must.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in HR/Management or other related subjects is preferred
- Highly developed passive recruiting skills, strong project management skills
