该职位来源于猎聘 Main responsibilities: Monitor Industrial Engineering KPI & Budget roadmap -- Budget preparation: Support Operations for the budget construction and yearly governance. Understand past years performance to build next year budget. Ensure budget delivery by acting as interface between G&A and Operations.
-- Cost reduction program: Support the rollout of key corporate competitiveness levers in the factory (time studies, layout optimization, standardized work, Automated Inspection, Obsolescence management, Automation & Industry 4.0). Identify cost saving opportunities both in day-to-day business and periodic projects (output / yield improvement, hiring plans, utilities and service fees…). Organize brainstorming sessions to fill the reservoir.
-- Key Performance Indicators monitoring: Support production team to measure, monitor and improve performance. Understand productivity loss Pareto and steer operations towards budget targets. Improve equipment & maintenance standardization. Standardize headcount models and deploy governance to assess the respect of standards based on allocated volumes throughout the year.
-- Manufacturing capacity: Main contributor of the site's Industrial Database. Monthly follow-up of all industrial parameters. Organize capacity stress test and support Operations on OEE monitoring & improvement actions. Support the development of lean production & Industry 4.0 initiatives -- Lean Manufacturing: Lead and coordinate site improvement projects. Apply Lean methodology & tools to improve efficiency and build sustainable processes while delivering results. Experience, background & preferred skills --Proficient in English (written and spoken) --Degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Automation / Robotics / Informatics
- 2+ years of industrial background --Good MS software skills (Excel, PPT, Access, O365) --Experience with BI Tools (Power BI) is a plus --Good leadership --Keen to work in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams --Understanding complex manufacturing organization and flows --Identifying non-performance and creating value propositions --Able to work under pressure, self-driven in projects with minimum supervision (Autonomous) --Reactivity and ability to get results
