  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap for the in-line, block, norm pump portfolio, aligning with AMEA Region goals and market trends.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitor activities, and gather voice-of-customer (VOC) feedback to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including product definition, business case development, launch, and phase-out.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with International Engineering, R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop compelling product positioning, key messaging, and sales enablement tools to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
  • Technical Marketing Support: Create technical documentation and application guides. Provide expert-level support to the international sales team and key customers.
  • Profitability Acumen: Develop and manage product line P&L, including pricing strategy, forecasting, and margin analysis.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the region at industry trade shows, technical conferences, and with key specifiers. Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Dynamics , Thermal Energy and Power Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management or product marketing experience, specifically within the pump industry.
  • Proven, in-depth knowledge of HVAC and water supply systems and the role of pumps within them.
  • Strong understanding of key industry standards, regulations, and trends related to energy efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in launching new products and managing existing product lines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • English business fluent, other languages desirable
