Main Tasks:

  • Manage the overall business relationship with Chinese OEM, maintaining and deepening strategic cooperation.
  • Independently develop new business opportunities, driving project implementation and increasing market share.
  • Gain deep insights into customer's organizational structure, procurement processes, project cycles, and key decision-makers to formulate targeted business strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project execution, including engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • Regularly report on customer dynamics, market trends, and competitor activities, providing strategic business development recommendations.
  • Participate in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms to maximize company interests.
  • Manage customer satisfaction by responding promptly to client needs and resolving issues effectively.

Main Requirements:-

  • Possess at least a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience, thereof 1-2 years in a sales position for an industrial company, preferably at an automotive OEM or tier one supplier.
  • Experience with the OEM sourcing process, understanding of technical sales, hands-on mentality in B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, familiar with ISO/ TS 16949.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
  • Willingness to travel.
