About the Role
(R&D Director) In accordance with the company's strategy, support the project initiation of electronic chemicals, be responsible for the R&D and scale-up of electronic chemicals, and participate in and assist the verification, promotion and commercialization of new products.
Responsibilities
- Form a small-scale R&D team, manage and cultivate the team to achieve the goals, and lead the team to complete the R&D and scale-up of new products.
- Enhance the team's R&D and innovation capabilities, with product development at the core, establish an efficient R&D process, and create a new R&D model of "AI+ experimentation".
Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry or related fields.
- Over 10 years of R&D experience in electronic chemicals (such as underfill adhesives, thermal conductive materials, etc.), including 3-5 years of team management experience.
- Those with successful cases of new material product research and development will be given priority (such as: successfully completing the commercialization cycle of one or several products from research and development, scale-up, verification to promotion).
- Excellent communication skills, with market awareness and acute business judgment. Have an entrepreneurial spirit, embrace changes, love learning and hold a developmental attitude towards new technologies.
