To develop, manage and implement direct digital channel strategies by expanding and integrating

external partnerships. This role plays a vital part in executing cross-functional platform initiatives such

as Alipay and AIG Store, ensuring seamless backend integration and operational execution.

1 Identify, evaluate, and expand external digital channels to enhance brand presence and sales

opportunities.

2 Lead the coordination of system integration efforts between internal travel platforms and third-party

channels, covering sales, claims, and AI-powered tools.

3 Manage the end-to-end product launch and operational lifecycle for the Alipay platform.

4 Oversee communications and technical project coordination between external platform vendors and

internal IT/backend teams during projects such as travel Store upgrade

5 Ensure user-friendly experience and backend alignment across all direct channels.

6 Monitor customer feedback and technical touchpoints during platform upgrade projects to maintain

business continuity and satisfaction

7 Maintain continuous communication with internal stakeholders across Product, Ops, and IT during system

upgrade or platform expansion phases.

8 Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear alignment of project goals and

delivery milestones
