JOB CONTENTS:

1.Oversee the full lifecycle management of research projects. This includes establishing project management systems, optimising processes, developing and maintaining a project repository, and organising acceptance reviews.

2.Manage intellectual property outcomes and awards, including coordinating scientific achievement registration, patent applications and scientific award nominations, and spearheading applications for scientific accolades.

3.Liaise with the Group's higher-level scientific and technological management departments to communicate research policies and requirements promptly, report regularly on the company's research progress and coordinate solutions to issues that arise.

4.Organise and implement applications for national, provincial and municipal government-level scientific and technological projects. This includes selecting application areas, integrating resources, coordinating application processes and improving success rates.

5.Other related work items arranged by department heads.

BASED COMPETENCIES:

1.Doctoral degree with a major in science and engineering-related fields (e.g., Materials Science, Bioengineering, Electronic Information, Mechanical Engineering, etc.). Candidates with backgrounds in scientific research management and science and technology policies are preferred.

2.Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience in managing scientific research projects. Preference will be given to those with experience of applying for government-funded scientific and technological projects and of establishing scientific research platforms.

3.Familiar with the application process and evaluation standards of national and local scientific and technological projects (e.g., National Natural Science Foundation of China, Key R&D Programs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Provincial Major Scientific and Technological Special Projects, etc.).

4.The experience requirement may be appropriately relaxed for candidates with experience in liaising with group-level science and technology management departments or government science and technology authorities.

5.Possess strong writing skills and be able to independently complete high-quality documents such as scientific research project application forms and platform construction plans

6.Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively link internal and external stakeholders to promote work implementation.3.

7.Possess strong policy interpretation ability and information sensitivity, and be able to quickly grasp the direction of scientific research policies and application opportunities.

8.Have project management thinking, be able to coordinate and promote the parallel implementation of multiple tasks, and ensure work efficiency and quality.

9.Proficient in using Office software, and have the ability of data analysis and PPT report production.

10.Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous and meticulous work attitude, and able to withstand work pressure during key nodes such as project application and acceptance.

11.Possess team spirit, actively cooperate with internal and external collaboration needs, and promote the achievement of goals.

12.Strong learning ability, and able to quickly adapt to the updates and changes of scientific research policies and industry technologies.

13.R&I department personnel must comply with the HSE regulations specific to the R&I laboratory and office;

13.Essential items for entering the laboratory: anti-static safety shoes, safety glasses, long sleeved anti-static work clothes. Other personal protective equipment can be obtained according to actual work needs.
