- Organize risk assessment of plant during the phases of engineering, construction, and operation.
- Establish site Emergency Response Plan, organize regular site emergency drill.
- Supervision implementation safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with national laws and regulations.
- Lead Incident Root Cause Analysis and Reporting.
- Assure effective access control of site.
- Set up procedures to assure effective first aid and medical treatment in the case of injury and work related illness.
- Assessment and management of hazards in the workspaces to assure health protection and optimum fitness of the employees.
- Ensure and supervise compliance with national laws and regulations, as well as with allnex global standards for the protection of air, water, soil and noise.
- Manage SHE Management System Certification.
- Ensure that the company's Safety Health Environment and Energy Policies are strictly followed.
- Ensure the achievement, maintenance and continual improvement of procedures and policies conforming to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 standards and any other certifications that affect your facility. Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SHE role in chemical industry, environmental protection in multinational companies experience preferred.
- At least 4 years of SHE management experience as a team leader.
- Profound knowledge about project and process management.
- Professional knowledge and experience in the fields of Safety, Security, Environmental Protection, Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene.
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office.
- Very systematic, clear and calm thinking.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree majors in chemical or SHE related fields, especially environmental engineering preferred.
- Certificate of Registered Safety Engineer in chemical category.
